- Capture and maintain accurate customer information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while collaborating with regional teams, global offices, and Knowledge Management resources.
- Develop value-added logistics solutions, including network diagrams and cost-benefit analyses, to meet customer requirements.
- Support the successful onboarding and transition of new customer accounts.
- Manage the credit application and setup process for new customers.
- Attend training and development sessions to enhance sales techniques and maintain product and service knowledge.
- Participate in local trade groups and industry events as directed.
- Conduct joint sales calls with management as required.
- Achieve individual sales budgets and performance targets.
- Maintain a diversified sales pipeline across multiple industries and service offerings.
- Undertake additional duties and projects as required to support business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in a new business sales role within clearing and forwarding (non-negotiable).
- Own vehicle and valid driver's licence.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding target.
