Junior Airfreight Controller

This is your chance to launch or grow your career in the exciting world of airfreight and logistics. As a Junior Airfreight Controller, youll gain hands-on experience with Cargo Wise, interact with clients and service providers and be an integral part of the shipment process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Register and manage Air Import and Export files on Cargo Wise.
• Track and monitor shipments from origin to delivery.
• Liaise with service providers and local agents.
• Coordinate collections and deliveries with transporters.
• Maintain shipment e-documents and send daily status updates to customers.
• Handle daily invoicing and 3rd-party invoice queries.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries promptly.

Requirements:

• Matric.
• Minimum 2 years experience in clearing and forwarding.
• Knowledge of Cargo Wise and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Strong communication, decision-making, and time management skills.
