REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric.
• Valid drivers license.
• Technical experience in refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, or related technical fields.
• Previous driving and delivery experience.
• 12 years refrigeration or technical experience will be advantageous.
• Valid Safe Gas Handling License.
• Knowledge of refrigeration and dispensing equipment.
• Basic mechanical and electrical fault-finding abilities.
• Good customer service skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Deadline-oriented.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

DUTIES:

Technical Repairs & Maintenance:

• Conduct fault-finding and repairs on refrigeration and dispensing equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and sanitization of equipment.
• Inspect equipment before dispatch to customer sites.
• Ensure equipment is repaired and maintained within required SLA timeframes.

Warehouse Operations:

• Assist with warehouse setup and housekeeping.
• Assist with stock counts and warehouse scanning activities.
• Maintain accurate car stock levels.
• Ensure warehouse and stock activities are completed accurately and timeously.

Deliveries & Collections:

• Deliver and collect refrigeration equipment, glassware, stock, and parcels.
• Transport equipment safely between operational locations and customer sites.
• Ensure timely collections and deliveries.
• Ensure all deliveries and collections are completed safely and on schedule.

Administration:

• Submit accurate job cards daily.
• Maintain accurate delivery and collection records.
• Maintain accurate operational documentation.
• Ensure administrative documentation is maintained accurately and timeously.

Customer Service:

• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Conduct all customer interactions professionally.
• Maintain high customer service standards.

Overall:

• Maintain the company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good condition.
• Maintain good timekeeping and attendance records.
• Assist with ad-hoc operational duties as required by management.
