Job Title: Driver

Location: Motor Vehicle Department

Reporting to: Fundraising Co-Ordinator

Education

· Matric or Grade 12

Experience:

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a driver

Duties (including but not limited to):

· Driving Managers to and from appointments.

· Driving Residents to and from Hospitals, Doctors, Police Station, and SASSA etc.

· Collecting Monetary Donations.

· Delivering letters and documents to different Government departments and Funders.

· Collecting Jumble & Furniture.

· Banking.

· Inspecting vehicles before leaving AEH premises and reporting any problems with vehicles to line manager

Other

· Driver’s License minimum code C1

· Ability to drive Avril Elizabeth Home’s bus (not negotiable)

· PDP Licence.

· Knowledge of Gauteng Roads (map reading skills)

· Ability to read, write and speak English.

NB This position might require the candidate to reside on the premises of Avril Elizabeth Home.
