Description
Well established distributor is seeking a Finance Administrator with the following requirements:
- Must reside in Port Elizabeth / Gqeberha
- Afrikaans Home Language
- Valid Driver's license and own vehicle
- BCom degree in accounting
- Must be able to take books to balance sheet level
- Responsible for 2 Trusts and 2 companies
- Complete personal taxes for 2 Directors.
- Other tasks will include regular cash-flow reports, budgets, bank payments, all SARS compliance, etc.
- Must have good knowledge of Pastel and Excel
- Non-smoker

Lean Six Sigma certifications will receive preference.Experience with Warehouse Process Optimization. Advanced Excel skills. Experience SQL, Python pr Power BI. Hands on exposure to simulation, modeling and layout tools (AnyLogic, AutoMod or AutoCad). Familiarity with WMS, TMS and ERP platforms is advantageous. Experience with Automation and Robotics Integration. Knowledge of Lean and Continuous improvement processes.
