Job Title: Data Capture Administrator – Distribution & Export
Hours: Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 17:00
Department: Finance – Accounts Payable
Reports to: Accounts Payable Manager / Financial Controller
Role Summary:
Responsible for capturing, maintaining and checking data related to fruit export and local distribution using Excel-based systems. The role supports finance and operations by ensuring accurate invoices, records and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Capture and maintain operational data in Excel
Prepare and update invoices for export and local distribution
Check data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
File and archive Accounts Payable documentation
Liaise with farm staff, internal teams and suppliers to confirm information
Support reporting and general finance admin
Minimum Requirements:
Matric
1–3 years’ experience in an admin or data capture role
Basic to intermediate Excel skills (data entry, simple formulas, multiple worksheets)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Experience in agriculture, export or logistics advantageous
Afrikaans communication skills advantageous
Key Competencies:
Accuracy and reliability

Ability to work to deadlines
