- Senior Certificate (Matric) or equivalent work experience
- Proven customer service experience
- PODs experience
- Good problem-solving skills
- Computer literacy, with experience in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with
- Freightware is an advantage.
- Geographical knowledge of South Africa
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with good telephone etiquette

Experience with Automation and Robotics Integration. Knowledge of Lean and Continuous improvement processes.
