General Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our organisation. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with exceptional strategic, operational, and people management skills. This role requires someone who can ensure efficiency, profitability, and compliance while driving growth and maintaining a positive company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operational, financial, and administrative functions of the business.

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve company objectives and targets.

• Lead and manage department heads and ensure effective communication across all departments.

• Monitor budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and safety standards.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in a senior management or leadership role.

• Proven ability to manage teams and deliver business results.

• Strong financial acumen and business strategy skills.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities.

• A relevant qualification in Business Management, Operations, or a related field (advantageous).
