What You’ll Do

• Provide hands‑on support for hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting
• Assist with coordination of technical tasks, scheduling, and on‑site activities
• Deliver professional, clear communication to clients and internal teams
• Travel to customer sites when required (valid driver’s licence essential)
• Work collaboratively to resolve issues efficiently and uphold service excellence
• Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation, and team growth
