What Youll Do
Lead sales, operations, and service teams across SA & SADC; Drive growth, profit, and market share; Manage supplier relationships and product lines; Build long-term partnerships with municipalities, contractors & distributors; Oversee after-sales, stock, and technical support operations
What You Bring
5+ years in technical equipment sales or distribution / senior leadership role (GM / Ops Manager / Sales Director) + Proven P&L management + Deep understanding of water, pipeline, or civil engineering equipment markets + Strong leadership and commercial insight
