This role focuses on governance coordination, workflow discipline, meeting execution, HR process tracking, and billing administration support.

This role focuses on governance coordination, workflow discipline, meeting execution, HR process tracking, and billing administration support.
Minimum requirements:
- 5+ years experience in professional services, legal, finance or similarly structured environment
- Experience coordinating leadership-level meetings (agenda preparation, minute-taking, action tracking)
- Ability to maintain action registers and track multiple operational workflows
- Experience supporting governance and partnership meeting processes
- Experience coordinating HR administration (recruitment tracking, interview scheduling, onboarding, performance reviews)
- Ability to maintain structured, audit-ready HR and operational filing systems
- Exposure to billing workflows and operational reporting support
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in a law firm or regulated professional services environment (advantageous)
- Familiarity with structured document management or workflow systems (advantageous)
