Minimum Requirements

FLUENT IN AFRIKAANS ESSENTIAL

  • Grade 12 (required)

  • Certificate/Diploma in HR, Training Admin, Office Admin or similar (preferred)

  • 23 years experience in training or HR administration

  • LMS experience (Moodle preferred)

  • Strong MS Excel skills (PivotTables, lookups)

  • Experience with compliance training and audits (advantage)

  • Fluent in Afrikaans (Speak, read and write)

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training calendars, schedules, venues, trainers, and learners

  • Manage learner records, attendance, certificates, and compliance in LMS/HRIS

  • Track mandatory training, expiries, and renewals

  • Prepare audit-ready training files and reports

  • Produce monthly training dashboards and cost tracking

  • Support learners, trainers, and external providers

  • Maintain training materials and LMS content

  • Assist with SOPs, process improvements, and accreditation documentation

  • Handle training logistics, classrooms, and consumables
