Recruitment Consultant

The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, youll take full ownership of a specialised market, partnering closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and connecting them with top-tier talent.
This is a full 360° role, offering exposure to the entire recruitment lifecycle from business development and client engagement to candidate sourcing, placement, and account management.

What youll be doing:

• Developing and growing your client base through consistent business development
• Building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates
• Sourcing, screening, and presenting high-quality candidates
• Managing the full recruitment process from brief to placement
• Negotiating offers and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for all parties
• Positioning yourself as a trusted specialist within your market
