National HR & IR Manager (Automotive)

Location: Isando

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all HR functions: recruitment, payroll, talent management, and employee relations.

• Manage Industrial Relations, including discipline, grievances, and union engagement.

• Ensure compliance with labour legislation (LRA, BCEA, SDA, EEA, MIBCO).

• Drive performance management, succession planning, and learning & development.

• Advise management on HR strategy, policies, and best practices.

• Oversee remuneration, compensation reviews, and HR reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources.

• Labour Law qualification (essential).

• 10 years or more HR Management experience.

• Strong knowledge of HR systems, VIP Premier, and payroll practices.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
