About the Role

A leading Temporary Employment Services provider is seeking a high-performing Business Development Consultant with a proven track record in securing and growing outsourced workforce solutions.This is a performance-driven role suited to a commercially astute sales professional who consistently meets or exceeds targets and thrives in a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Secure new TES clients and grow market share
• Drive monthly GP and revenue targets
• Build and manage strategic client relationships
• Identify tender opportunities
• Maintain strong sales pipeline

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 5 years Business Development experience within TES
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Strong understanding of South African labour legislation
• Valid drivers licence and own vehicle
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
