We are wanting to appoint an experienced chef who understands African Cuisine, set menus and events caterning for our 4 star Guest Lodge in Lebowakgomo.

Requirements are:

1. Formal Chefs Qualification

2. At least 4 years stable work experience as a Chef De Partie or Sous Chef

3. Must be able to do food cost

4. Must be able to order against projected occupancies

5. Valid Driver's License and good driving experience

6. South African Citizen
