Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall efficient running of the Restaurant (operations, financial, hygiene, and safety)
- To implement systems and plans as per the Restaurants policies and procedures
- Effective communication and management of all staff
- Support and coach restaurant staff as required
- Monitor progress against plans and take corrective action where necessary
- Ordering, control, and receiving of stock
- Effective scheduling of restaurant staff
- Managing controllable expenses
- Submitting of relevant reports
- Cash handling and banking
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handling of customer complaints
Requirements
- Grade 12
- South African Citizens only
- MUST have a minimum of 2 years of Fast Food Restaurant Assistant Manager experience and preferably:- KFC, Hungry Lion, Chicken Licken, or similar Fast Food store experience
- Micros/GAAP POS Minimum 2 years of experience
- Computer literate - MS Office
- Minimum 2 years POS experience (Micros/GAAP or similar POS)
