Qualifications & Experience
  • Diploma/Certificate in Beauty Therapy, Massage Therapy, or Spa Therapy (e.g., CIDESCO, ITEC, SAAHSP).
  • Minimum 12 years experience in a spa, wellness centre, hotel, or lodge environment.
  • Strong knowledge of massage techniques, skincare, and wellness practices.
  • Experience with spa products and retail sales (advantageous).
