Junior Data Analyst

The Junior Data Analyst will support the Reporting & Analytics team by developing dashboards, reports, and data tools that enable business stakeholders to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions. The role focuses on transforming raw data into clear visual insights across areas such as player activity, marketing campaigns, and product engagement. This role is suitable for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience who have strong analytical thinking and an interest in working with data.

Our successful Junior Data Analyst will

Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track key business/gaming metrics.
Translate business requirements into clear data visualisations and reporting solutions.
Work with large datasets to extract, clean, and prepare data for reporting and analysis.
Support the creation of automated reporting tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.
Assist in analysing player behaviour, marketing campaigns, and product performance.
Ensure dashboards and reports are accurate, consistent, and easy for stakeholders to interpret.
Collaborate with data engineers and senior analysts to improve data models and reporting structures.
Document reporting logic, definitions, and metrics used within dashboards.

If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric, computer literacy (MS Office), strong numeracy, and excellent verbal and written English skills, plus basic SQL skills, experience with data visualisation tools, strong analytical ability, a good understanding of data structures and basic statistics, clear communication skills, attention to detail, and a relevant bachelors degree. Preferred skills include Power BI experience, basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge, exposure to Python or R, and an understanding of data modelling concepts.
