Data Analyst

The Data Analyst will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytical data tools that support decision-making across the business. The role requires strong understanding of data fundamentals, data visualisation principles, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable reporting solutions. The analyst will work with multiple data sources to deliver insights on player behaviour, marketing campaigns performance, and gaming revenue performance.

Our successful Data Analyst will

Design, build, and maintain production-grade dashboards and reports used by business stakeholders.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable data models and visualisations.
Analyse large datasets to identify trends, performance drivers, and opportunities for optimisation.
Ensure dashboards and reporting solutions follow best practices for usability, accuracy, and performance.
Maintain and improve existing reporting infrastructure to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Work closely with product, marketing, finance, and operations teams to deliver analytical insights.
Develop automated reporting solutions to reduce manual processes.
Contribute to the definition and standardisation of metrics, KPIs, and business definitions.
Support data quality checks and validation of analytical outputs.

If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric, computer literacy (MS Office), strong numeracy, and excellent verbal and written English skills, plus Strong SQL skills, experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker), solid data modelling knowledge, strong analytical ability, and the ability to communicate insights clearly. A relevant bachelor's degree and 3+ years experience in a data analytics environment are required.
