Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat customers, presenting menus and taking orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and the overall dining space.
- Handle payments and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently.
- Assist with opening and closing duties of the coffee shop.
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and quality service standards at all times.
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a coffee shop or restaurant.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Neat and professional presentation.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
