Compliance Manager

LetsLink Medical Recruitment Agency is assisting one of the leading health insurance product providers in South Africa to recruit a Compliance Manager.

Requirements:

• Matric
• RE5
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent

Skills and experience:

• A minimum of 5 years’ Risk and Compliance management experience within the insurance industry.
• Expert knowledge of legislation applicable to the insurance industry.
• Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements e.g., FICA, FAIS, TCF, FATCA.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to use/source all appropriate resources that will enhance the functioning of the Company.
• Experience with CBR reporting.
• Interested in learning and progression.
• Ability to take initiative with strong administration skills.
• Strong problem-solving, assessment, and interpretation skills.
• Proficient Ms Office.
