We are looking for an engaging and dedicated individual to join our people team as a people support specialist. The selected individual would be responsible for the day-to-day support of the people team.
Requirements:
- Human Resources qualification
- 1 years experience in a people support/ human resources role
- Good understanding of the labour legislation
- Excellent reporting skills
- Service oriented/ people focused
- Ability to support to the people team with day-to-day administration
- Manage the people experience
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Natural problem-solving skills
- High levels of emotional intelligence
- Deadline driven
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Vaccinated for Covid19 (Vaccination certificate will be required prior to appointment)

* Flexibility to accommodate a 24/7 365 day working environment
* Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment

* Good command of the MS Office suite
* Public speaking and presentation skills
