HR EXECUTIVE (Durban - Umhlanga) Purpose of the Job:To design, lead and be accountable for the creation and operationalisation of the HR strategy for the BusinessRequired QualificationsUndergraduate in HR/ related - MINIMUMLabour law qualification – highly advantageous Technical Competencies & Experience:Min 10 years’ experience - 4 must be at senior management levelGeneralist capability at a senior management levelExtensive experience with managing IR & HR-legal mattersRepresenting Company in arbitration & collective bargaining & directing legal challengesOrganisational design (grading, profiling, organogram design, total rewards models)MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) min intermediate level Behavioural Competencies:Excellent communication skills – verbal & writtenExcellent organisational, planning & time management skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving & negotiation skillsAbility to coach & mentor staffExcellent negotiation skillsComfortable engaging with all levels of stakeholders & employeesVery high EQWillingness to travel to sites regularlyStrategic thinkerAbility to formulate & implement projects Remuneration:AROUND 100-140k pm - dependent on qualifications, experience and potential for value add
