Compliance Administrator Umhlanga

UK based Recruitment Company requires a Compliance Administrator to provide admin and compliance support to ther Education division. This position will be based in Umhlanga, Durban    Keep up to date with legislation and regulations Help to ensure the department provides a streamlined client experience throughout the compliance process whilst maintaining regular client contact Attend to regulatory and client complaints Provide administrative support, document chasing and compliance checking Build strategic relationships with relevant individuals Database management to ensure information is accurate, complete and up to date Support tracking of documentation relating to continued suitability of candidates Provide regular reporting on compliance activity and performance to a senior member of staff Manage candidate documentation in a proficient manner Use experience and company knowledge to assist colleague's  Respond to requests and queries in a timely fashion Investigate allegations of non-compliance and responding to regulatory authority Identify and suggest improvements to processes, procedures, and systems Deliver a service in a highly proficient and professional manner with highest levels or quality and attention to detail Daily use of IT applications and systems Comply with all relevant policies, procedures, legislation, and codes of practice  Complete regularly scheduled and other ad-hoc tasks and duties as required Matric Experience in Compliance administration  R13 000 CTC Per Month  Matric Experience in Compliance administration
