WinTel is slang term that references a PC built with an Intel microprocessor and a Microsoft OS. Salary: Market Related, PermanentMinimum Requirements:Matric, IT DiplomaSouth African Citizens only need applyBasic Windows OS server knowledge (permissions, GPO, DNS, DHCP, AD, NTFS basic knowledge)Basic knowledge in Networking (router/switches)Experience with hardware managementBasic experience with Microsoft Hyper-VKnowledge in troubleshooting and debuggingTeam player and organizing skills.Logical and technical thinking skills.Experience in ITSM and ITIL processes is considered a plusDuties:IT 2nd and 3rd level support for our global clientsEnsure continuous and efficient operation of the Systems through troubleshooting, diagnosing, resolving incidents and day to day maintenance.Ensure correct installation, configuration, use and maintenance of Windows server infrastructure.Find root cause of problems.Maintain system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis.Effectively collaborate with Storage/Network/Data Centre and other teams.Monitoring services that are provided to customers
