Responsibilities
Create overall concepts for the user experience within the business websites & mini-apps or product content pages, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and easy for customers
Work on cross-platform applications to develop user experiences covering mobile phones, tablets and computers
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with e-commerce and business managers
Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, tabs, platform communication tools, and widgets for our digital assets.
Designing digital elements for customer segments and personas using dynamic content on site - including but not limited to dynamic targeting content blocks, platform communication and landing pages.
Test and troubleshoot UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
Analyze customer responses and website data to determine high traffic web pages and why some perform better than others
Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyse and predict user behaviour.
Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.
Attend meetings to discuss and review progress on the project
Requirements
A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2-3 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services
Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Magento, Figma, InVision, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
Experience creating storyboards and site mapping
Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to optimise data for the best possible outcome
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
Professional written and interpersonal skills
