Computer Literate MS Office (with Advanced Excel skills)
Knowledge of MS Dynamics AX will be an advantage
Experience in a software environment is not negotiable
Ability to work overtime on occasions as and when required
Responsibilities:
Manage the full portfolio for all Symantec, CommVault and FIRE EYE renewals, from Enterprise to Small business for Africa and South Africa
Arrange meetings with strategic partners, one on one, to understand the status of their renewals and see if there is any upsell opportunities
Consolidation of clients licenses and co-terming assistance for partners
Weekly forecast management for Account Managers and Manager
Ensure all internal renewals targets are met
Updating of Weekly and Monthly pricelist
Weekly Sell through report to be sent to management and vendor
Quotations for customers
Determining customer needs and business requirements
Drive a collaborative approach in achievement of targets and rebates
Interact effectively with all stakeholders
Attend all relevant Vendor training
Ensure all Vendor reporting requirements are met in time
Ensure that you are adequately trained on the product, its positioning and competitive offerings
Consider each deal in terms of the whole picture of costs and value to the company
Able to develop alternative options to solve developing issues/problems
Identify and targeting sales opportunities directly
