Software Junior Internal Account Manager

Minimum requirements:

Matric/Grade 12 (Certificate required)
Computer Literate MS Office (with Advanced Excel skills)
Knowledge of MS Dynamics AX will be an advantage
Proven Sales Track Record an advantage preferably with a minimum of 3 years in Software Sales and licensing (Advantage)
Storage, backup, and security (cloud and on premise) experience an advantage
Ability to work overtime on occasions as and when required

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong, loyal relationships with reseller personnel
Prepares sales calls and pitch product, service and combination packages to clients telephonically
Establishes sales goals and implements a plan to meet those goals
Becomes fluent in all products and services offered by the employer
Answers questions, describes feature and benefits, and discusses pros and cons of various products or services
You are expected to process and close all Software
Solutions Division sales opportunities telephonically; you will be assessed & measured on the achievement of various pre-determined objectives (revenue targets) and KPIs
Communicate product information to both reseller and end-user client customers in a clear and professional manner. This will include, but not be limited to training on product, incentives and any other related issues to the reseller base
Provide assistance to resellers sales staff whenever necessary with information, quotations, proposals and any other assistance needed
Timeously process and resolve customer queries
Prepare account / vendor reviews and reports as and when needed
Build relationships with Vendor Account Managers and Staff
Where necessary, work together with other members of the DCC Software team to ensure brand awareness
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Divisional Manager
Employee may from time to time be required to perform duties outside the ambit of the position
