Description

Our client a Global Tech firm is seeking a Master Data Migration - Finance and HR Consultant to join their team in Sandton on a contract basis. They offer stability, growth, attractive salary, exposure and an excellent working environment.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment where you are constantly challenged by new projects and deadlines. You''ll ensure that our HR & Finance databases are clean, current, and accurate to the point of being up to date within minutes of an update being made.

Important - Please note there may be compulsory overtime required due to the nature of this project - Candidates needs to be flexible and willing to work overtime.

Requirements
Support both a migration and an integration process and document the process clearly with diagrams, diagrams, and explanations.
365 Finance Functional and Data Migration Experience (Financial and Management Accounting)
SAP FI/CO Functional and Data Migration experience
D365 High-Level HR Functional and Data Migration Experience
SAP HR High-Level Functional and Data Migration experience
General Data Migration experience - techniques (ETL extract, transform, load), data cleansing, object mapping, field mapping, value mapping, data validation, understanding of reference/master/transaction data in this area.
Data Migration Finance & HR
Manage, facilitate, and drive the extraction criteria, data cleansing, object mapping, field mapping, and value mapping for the ETL process.
Manage, facilitate, and drive the filling in of the templates by the Business for the Construct process
Facilitate Issue resolution where there are load errors (defects logged in DevOps)
Status reporting per functional area
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance or Information Technology
Seven years of experience in finance and/or human resources consulting with a strong background in information technology, business processes, and financial modeling and analysis.
Strong analytical skills are necessary to identify weaknesses, opportunities, risks, and issues associated with the data management environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with teams preferred.
