New Vehicle Sales Manager

Well known dealership is looking for a New Vehicle Sales Manager with at least 5 years experience as a New Vehicle Sales Manager.

Duties:

• Recruit, hire, train, and oversee a team of salespeople
• Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed targets
• Coach salespeople on best practices for closing more vehicle deals and provide advice and guidance to improve sales performance
• Forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters
• Coordinate and lead all regular sales meetings with the sales staff
• Develop and manage a CRM platform to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales through marketing and promotions
• Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers
• Compile regular reports for dealership management to review

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Vehicle sales manager with New vehicles
• Considerable experience with New Vehicle sales
• Experience working in a corporate branded dealership
• Track record of reaching targets and ensuring profits for the department
• Good communication and relationship building skills
• Valid SA driver's license, Clear criminal record
