Diopoint is an ICT and Electronic Security Service Provider  partnering with the best OEM’s and distributors to develop and deliver innovative and quality services and solutions, manage customer experience and provide value to all our stakeholders. We are looking for x2 Account Managers, one to lead public sector business and the other to lead private sector business. Focusing on the Public/ Private Sectors they will be responsible for managing existing business and driving new business (hunting and farming), along with performing cost-benefit analysis and return-on-investment analysis. The successful candidates will combine excellent sales and consultative skills with an expert understanding of advanced and emerging technologies with Diopoint’s service offerings. They will work closely with the Sales and Technical teams to present and articulate the capabilities and values of Diopoint’s services at all levels within the Public/Private Sectors. *Roles and Responsibilities:* * Will be responsible for 60% hunting and 40% farming (Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers) * To ensure that sales targets are met * Coordinate with various teams so that the customer’s expectations are met. * Upsell the Company’s services and solutions. * To serve as the custodian for the Public/Private Sectors in order to drive overall market share * To serve as the liaison between the Company and their customers * To manage market segments, customer base and industry verticals to target. * To assist in defining and executing the strategic business development plan. * Manage and identify key customer relationships and pipeline. * To utilise the internal System in order to track the whole sales process flow * Will be responsible for attending bi-weekly / monthly meetings and reporting thereof.   *Required Qualifications and Skills* * Matric (Senior Certificate) * IT degree or equivalent * *IT Technical - Essential (3-5 Years)* * *Extensive Sales Experience in the Private Sector - Essential (5 - 7 Years).* * Business development experience * Proven sales track record. * Self-starter with highly developed interpersonal skills, decisive and result oriented * Excellent written and verbal communication with fluency in English * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Exceptional analytical skills for analyzing client data * Work well under pressure and commit to deadlines * Have excellent people skills and intuitive to customer’s business needs * Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers and clients * The ability to work independently and within a team * Basic accounting and/or technical knowledge. * Government supply chain processes * Tender Process * ICT knowledge * Business acumen, compliance, and organizing Negotiable *Required Qualifications and Skills* * Matric (Senior Certificat
