The role is located in the Port Elizabeth Metropolitan Area with flexibility for some remote work. As an Information Technology Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users. You will help diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, install and configure computer systems, and assist with network installation and maintenance. Minimum Qualifications include: Relevant certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, N+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) and proven experience as an Information Technology Support Specialist or in a similar role. Must have strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems and experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
