Description

My Client is looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join their dynamic team based in Port Elizabeth on a 3 Month Fixed Term Contract

Summary of the position:
Good Recruitment skills (have done interviews, reference checks, etc before), including sourcing candidates on LinkedIn / other social media platforms
Onboarding & Induction processes
IR / discipline procedures including chairing hearings (warnings, disciplinary hearings, counselling etc)
Exposure to CCMA advantageous
Exposure to giving training to staff / management
Have either designed and or implemented some HR processes & procedures (someone that might have dealt with performance management, goal setting, KPI calibration, poor performance already)
Job profiling / writing job descriptions / extracting that information from Management / Subject Matter experts
Ability to create rapport with staff and management
Professional energetic young person
As there is a lot of manual reporting, good excel skills will be necessary
Well organised
Good presentation skills
The person must have an HR qualification / or studying toward
