Short Term Insurance Administrator
Reason for Reporting
Our client, a small, but very successful Financial Planning firm is looking for an experienced Short Term Insurance Administrator to manage an existing database of clients.
The successful incumbent needs to have recent experience in the Short Term Insurance Industry including sales and administrative management of Short Term Insurance.
Duties included but not limited to:
- Contact clients on existing database and upsell short term insurance products.
- Research and recommend suitable products and solutions
- Help clients choose the right insurance policies for their specific needs
- Research and prepare comparative quotes
- Handle all the administration with regard to short term insurance policies, from new policies, to underwriting and claims assistance
- Prepare client reports
- Prepare policy information
- Complete application forms
Behavioral Competencies and Requirements:
- Excellent people skills
- Detail orientated
- Strong accuracy
- Professional and courteous
- Proficient in MS Office and computer literate in general
- Bi-lingual and fully fluent in Afrikaans and English with excellent communication skills
- Own transport and valid drivers license
- Short Term Insurance qualification highly advantageous
