The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational management of all physical assets (excluding IT) for the hospital division which includes but is not limited to Managing the plant machinery and infrastructure of the hospitals, managing the Technical Service and activities of the hospitals, quality assurance, technical cost management and operational budget management (repair and maintenance), managing plant and machinery projects, managing a large team, implementing, and evaluating technical strategies to address the requirements of the Technical Division.

Minimum requirements to apply would include:

• An engineering Degree (BTech) or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• A Certified Engineer Certificate of Compliance GCC is preferred (Government Certificate of Competency)
• 5 years post-graduate experience in maintenance or operation of relevant class of machinery and assets
• Experience in electrical and mechanical engineering environments
• Financial budgeting experience
• Project management experience
• Hospital or hospitality experience will be an added advantage
• Computer literate in MS Office
• Conversant with the principles of maintenance and asset management aspects i.e. ISO 55000
• Understanding of energy and water management
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory and statutory regulations.
