Our client is currently seeking a Payroll Officer to join their Human Resource Department in Olifantsfontein.

Duties:
Manage full payroll function
Engage with 3rd parties on payroll deductions
Calculate sales commission
Statutory reporting, EMP 201, UIF declaration, MIBFGA schedules
Manage leave admin
Compiling EMP 501, Bi-annual and annual submission

Job Experience and skills required:
Relevant tertiary qualification
Sage 300 and ESS system
Knowledge of Syspro would be an advantage
5 - 10 years experience in a similar role in an HR environment

The Business Unit Manager’s function has the mandate to establish a relationship between the product and the business and to increase the value realized from capital invested in the brand. The Business Unit Manager is responsible for understanding the business, assisting in the prioritization of projects, ensuring that projects align with the technology that provides maximum return on investment, and directing the various brands in strategically supporting the overall business strategy.
