HR Manager

*Reference: JHB001169-RH-1* HR Manager Our client is looking for an experienced HR Manager with at least 10 years’ experience, preferably within a manufacturing or mining environment, coupled with 8 years’ experience in managing trade unions. Must have relevant Legislation knowledge (BCEA, Labour Relations & EEA). The role involves handling industrial relations, managing performance, recruitment, training (soft skills), employee benefits, organisational structures & policies, and general HR admin.  Successful candidates can communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation from factory shop stewards to executive level.  Sound judgement and decision-making skills with the ability to tolerate stress is necessary. Pre-requisite: B. Com Degree: HR Management or related. R 700000 - 750000 - Annually
