De nadruk ligt op shared descision making (overleg), uitgebreide (para)medische ondersteuning en intensieve samenwerking met zorgmedewerkers. De ervaren kwaliteit van elke individuele cliënt staat hierin centraal.Er zijn in totaal zo’n 300 WLZ (Wet Langdurige Zorg) plaatsen. Ongeveer de helft gaat om WLZ met behandeling, verder ook enkele eerstelijns tijdelijk verblijf en plekken voor respijtzorg / logeren (WMO/ WLZ). Ook wordt er dagbehandeling aan Parkinson cliënten geboden.Wat breng je mee?Jij hebt een erkenning als internist en enige jaren praktijkervaring. Je hebt een streepje voor wanneer jij ervaring hebt met geriatrische revalidatie en/of de ziekte van Parkinson. Een harde eis is wel dat je interesse hebt in problemen van somatische en psychogeriatrische aard. Verder is het fijn wanneer jij specifieke kennis bezit over de zorgverlening aan ouderen.Je bent bereid mee te werken in de bereikbaarheidsdienst op Walcheren.ArbeidsvoorwaardenJij werkt 24 tot 36 uur in de week. Hoeveel precies? Dat bespreken we samen. Het betreft een tijdelijke functie van 1 februari 2022 tot 1 augustus 2022. Jouw salaris is conform de cao vvt, ingeschaald in FWG 75.
