Requirements: Proven experience as a blockman/butcher (retail experience preferred) Experience working on a bandsaw Solid knowledge of meat cuts and preparation techniques Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team Reliable, honest and customer-focused Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays Must have contactable references

Responsibility: Breaking, cutting, trimming, deboning and preparing meat according to required standards Ensuring correct portioning and minimizing wastage Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards at all times Providing product knowledge and friendly service to customers Assisting with stock rotation and daily prep as needed
