Are you a skilled and passionate blockman looking for your next opportunity? Brito’s is seeking an experienced Blockman to join our team at our Knysna store. If you take pride in precision cutting, excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced retail environment, we want to hear from you!
Requirements:
Proven experience as a blockman/butcher (retail experience preferred)
Experience working on a bandsaw
Solid knowledge of meat cuts and preparation techniques
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
Reliable, honest and customer-focused
Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

Breaking, cutting, trimming, deboning and preparing meat according to required standards
Ensuring correct portioning and minimizing wastage
Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards at all times
Providing product knowledge and friendly service to customers
