Job Overview
The role of General Manager is responsible for all aspects of the company facilities. The General Manager taking on a hands-on approach to management plans, guides, and directs the business operations to achieve company objectives in quality, production output, delivery, customer satisfaction and success of the company by implementing productivity and policies target achievements, valuing teamwork, transparency, and accountability above all else.
Minimum Requirements
- Familiarity with Industry’s rules and regulations – SECTIONAL TITLE and HOA’s is a MUST
- At least 10 years in a management role
- At least 10 years managing people.
- Excellent Organisational Skills
- Results driven and customer focused.
- Leadership and human resources management skills
- Strong communication skills

ROLE PURPOSE
To effectively provide the General Manager and Sales & Service Manager/team with sales and service information to enable informed decision making and achievement of sales and service objectives. Responsible for the upkeep and updating of the new Customer Relations Management (CRM) systems. Assist the General Manager with the upkeep of the office in line with the mandate of the General Manager ‘s Exco reporting.
