Sales Specialist: Voice

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Promoting and marketing the products and services of First Orion through websites, graphics, video,
animation, and other multimedia projects. You will help educate and engage prospects and customers
through useful, user-friendly digital and interactive content. You will also play an integral part in taking
First Orion’s marketing content to the next level, across all digital platforms.

HIGH-LEVEL JOB OBJECTIVES

Generates high quality, engaging and visual content (graphics, videos, animation, websites)
that drives conversations through the creation of targeted multi-media content from concept
to execution for all platforms and audiences
Design graphical and animation assets to create brand awareness and drive sales growth
Create concepts and execute graphics and motion designs based on data and performance
Plans and develops video content of all formats (words, videos, animation, audio, graphics,
presentations, webinars etc.)
Utilize creative copywriting skills to write and support short-form copy creation for digital
ads, emails, websites, and more
Work closely with design leadership to help define, develop and maintain design systems
Work with marketing teams to gather insights on content performance and constantly test
new ways to improve conversation and generate qualified leads
Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative
solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadmaps
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Serve as a reliable point-of-contact for content contributors and leaders across First Orion
Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
Understand First Orion’s products and services
Continuously learn new technologies and techniques, including staying up-to-date with the latest design and social trends
Other interactive media duties as needed/requested.

Level of tertiary education

· Grade 12

Job–related work experience
Experience in digital design with motion graphics
Knowledge of concept development and production experience for creative content (i.e. graphic
design, photography, video production, web development, motion graphics, digital art, and
animation)
Adobe Creative Suite experience, including Photoshop, Sketch, InDesign, Illustrator, and InVision
