GrahamstownMinimum Honours Degree; Masters Degree a distinct advantageMinimum 10 year's relevant experience in human resource management where such experience includes:Previous experience in human resources management, having been exposed to the various HRM activities within an organisational context at a strategic levelHaving worked in senior management to create improvements within an organisationPrevious track record of successfully conceptualising and implementing HR strategyHaving introduced new policies, systems, procedures and practices that have required individuals to change their current way of thinking and functioningHaving been involved in the formulation and implementation of remuneration strategiesThe leadership and management of people in a complex environmentPrevious experience engaging and negotiating with unionsInteracting, influencing, fostering and maintaining effective working relationships at all levels within an organisationHaving managed a large HR budget in a large organization
