Edenvale - Leading distributors of electronic security equipment seeks a Group Training Manager to manage all training needsQualificationMatricRelevant Qualification in HR / Training & DevelopmentRequirementsExperience of implementing Skills Development projects for discretionary grants form the SETA and BBBEEBBBEE reporting and change managementManage Training requirementsKnowledge of E-Learning platformsAbility to evaluate and research training options and alternativesAbility to plan activities in a rapidly changing environmentComputer literate on MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)DutiesOptimise returns for Skills Development initiatives from SETA and SARSManage roll-out of SETA / QCTO Accredited Training projects (learnerships, skills programmes, WEEG, etc.)Achieve company targets for the Skills Development pillar of BEE annuallyFacilitate BursariesKeep abreast of training developments in the industry and manage PSIRA Act complianceTraining Reports to Exco membersDesign, conduct, and organise training programmes to improve employee performance and organisational productivity.
