Qualifications:

Senior Certificate
Relevant payroll/HR qualifications advantageous

Experience:

A minimum of 3 years payroll experience with SAGE People
Experience in working on excel spreadsheets.
Bargaining council (BIBC) experiences advantageous
Experience in and knowledge of time & attendance software (ERS)
Basic HR knowledge
Knowledge of provisions of Basic Conditions of Employment Act
Statutory and legislative requirements in respect of PAYE, UIF, Workman’s compensation
Must be able to write policies and implement them
Report Writing
Must be system driven
