Description

Permanent position to start as soon as possible for a Consultant.

Qualifications:

  • Senior Certificate
  • Relevant payroll/HR qualifications advantageous

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years payroll experience with SAGE People 
  • Experience in working on excel spreadsheets.
  • Bargaining council (BIBC) experiences advantageous
  • Experience in and knowledge of time & attendance software (ERS)
  • Basic HR knowledge
  • Knowledge of provisions of Basic Conditions of Employment Act
  • Statutory and legislative requirements in respect of PAYE, UIF, Workman’s compensation
  • Must be able to write policies and implement them
  • Report Writing
  • Must be system driven
