Description
ENVIRONMENT:
A leading Financial Services Provider in the Property sector seeks a highly skilled SQL Developer to join its team with a core focus on the migration of SSRS reports and the creation of new reports and dashboards. Your role will also entail performing tests to ensure accurate compliance with project requirements, daily monitoring, documenting and ultimately assisting with the complete Business Intelligence stack (Ingestion, transformation, modelling, reporting and creation of actionable insights). You will require Grade 12/Matric (NQF 4), at least 3+ years work experience with ANSI SQL, a solid understanding of Relational Databases and MS Office & Excel skills. Any knowledge of Data Modelling, ETL/ELT, Git, JIRA, Azure and Power BI will prove beneficial.
DUTIES:
* Create, change and manage reports.
* Access, investigate and extract data as needed.
* Test data for completeness and correctness.
* Provide support to internal users.
* Issue investigation and resolution.
* Investigate systems and document.
* Problem escalation as needed.
* Be comfortable documenting processes along the way.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Grade 12 / Matric (NQF 4).
* 3+ Years’ experience working with ANSI SQL.
* Good understanding of relational databases.
* Computer Literacy (MS Office, Excel).
* Own transport.

* Knowledge of Data Modelling, ETL/ELT, Git, JIRA, Azure and Power BI.

Our client is based in Stikland and they are seeking to employ Storeman. Do you have a matric certificate and at least two years working experience in a manufacturing environment?
Requirements:
• Matric Certificate.
• Receiving and dispatching of stock.
• Warehouse and stores notes and reports.
• Stores Assistant experience, working with parts and stock.
• Housekeeping experience will be an advantage.
• Manufacturing environment experience.
• Communications skills – English and Afrikaans.
Duties: (not limited to)
• Assist in moving stock to production according to consumable stock lists.
• Liaise with department manager when needed for any stock priorities or demands.
• Sort, organize store inventory.
• Follow storing procedure of each corner unit part - Weights/crates/labels.
• Assist Booking out of day to day items for production.
• Count, repack bulk deliveries into smaller qty’s to book out.
• Ensure that FIFO method is used at all times when booking out stock.
• Ensure that waste area is kept in order as per procedure at all times.
• Responsible over housekeeping in specific areas.
• Comply and enforce the overall principle of first time right throughout the stores department.
• Conduct reasonable instruction or tasks from Store man.
• Work as a team with the rest of the stores department.
• Scan/Capture all SRN stock being booked out daily by artisans/production personnel.
• Ensure slips are captured within 24 hours of being booked out.
• Capture to correct department accounts at all times.
• Ensure that all necessary details are on SRN slip when stock is requested.
• Capture all relevant details on Syspro – Code, Account, department, Etc.
• Transfer goods on Syspro within 24 hours of being booked out to production.
• Package/Repack inventory neatly in proper locations.
• Assist in storing stores stock and non-stock items.
• Assist with the booking out of tools and equipment to all departments as requested.
• Assist in daily informal stock takes(cycle counting).
• Capture and maintain relevant store registers.

Purpose:
The purpose of this job is, to manage the day-to-day maintenance of stock levels within the inventory parameters on the stock system and monitor merchandising and housekeeping standards of stock on shelves in such a way that stock discrepancies are reduced in order to minimize losses. In addition this includes ensuring that stock corresponds with stock on hand that’s recorded on the stock system used and investigate issues that arise in such a manner it ensure the continuous availability of stock.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate stock transfers errors in various departments as well as liaise with the stock controllers across the relevant branches to check stock on hands against computer stock.Liaise with the stock controller on a daily basis where there are stock discrepancies in the departments after investigations was done and have the stock adjusted accordingly.Assist the stock controller with the checking of credits and faulty good returned from the various branches.Ensure spot checks are done on department stock takes done by the various departments in the Distribution Centre.Comply with Health and Safety standardsParticipate in perpetual stock takes.Ensure housekeeping of work area.Perform any work-related tasks as delegated by superior.
