IT Manager - Meat Retail (F)

A Meat Retail Company is seeking a IT Manager, fully competent, high level individual to oversee all technology operations within a premium meat retail environment, ensuring that systems run efficiently, securely, and support retail, production, and supply-chain functions. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving ability, and experience working in a fast-paced retail or FMCG environment.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• 3–5+ years’ experience in IT support or IT management (retail or FMCG preferred).

• Strong experience with POS systems, retail ERP solutions, and networking.

• Hardware and software troubleshooting expertise.

• Experience with cybersecurity and IT infrastructure administration.

• Advantageous: Knowledge of meat retail scale systems, production ERP, or supply-chain systems.
