Admin Manager
A fast paced transport logistics company is currently recruiting for an Admin Manager to manage the Admin Department which is vital for the effective and efficient running of the Company. Duties will include but not limited to: -
· Processing POD’s
· Gathering information and drafting of invoices for clients,
· Draft and submit various admin reports,
· Liaise with Clients regarding invoices, etc,
· Maintaining and updating the schedule of cargo transported,
· Managing the Department and staff,
· General administrative function.
Candidates must have:-
· 3- 5 years working experience in the transport /logistics industry with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as an Admin Manager
· Must be computer literacy with Pastel working experience is essential
· Must be Diligent , with strong Attention to Details, Accurate, Efficient, Good Communication (verbal & written) and Deadline Driven
· Must be in possession of a valid driver’s license and have own transport
· Able to work overtime and weekend as and when required
