Central to our client’s vision is solving challenges that have the potential for long lasting impact. As our Property Finance Administrator, you are the backbone of the company. You hold all the critical pieces together seamlessly and are able to track, monitor and reconcile all the administrative areas such as finance, payroll, compliance, human resources, cosec, and other statutory requirements. Key responsibilities include: Keeping meticulous financial records and reconciling accounts Managing property administration tasks with the precision of a seasoned explorer, from tracking maintenance costs to navigating municipality statements Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Managing payroll Processing weekly payments We're looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in the finance industry, familiarity with Google products, and the ability to thrive in a small team environment.
